For NextGen Staffing’s office interior, I collaborated with Manaola Yap to design a cohesive visual experience that blends modern professionalism with deep cultural storytelling. Working closely with the founders, we established a moodboard-driven direction that emphasized clarity, energy, and the power of aloha.
The custom wall graphics—featuring radiating ellipses, directional motifs, interlocking Hawaiian patterns, and motivational messaging—were designed to inspire both staff and visitors while reinforcing the company’s identity. Each element was carefully tailored to align with the brand’s values, creating a seamless and uplifting environment that feels as intentional as it is immersive.
