For the 2017 Cinequest Film & VR Festival, I created a bold, cohesive visual identity centered around the theme ELEVATE, with a focus on immersive virtual reality. My design process combined hand-drawn illustration and digital precision to develop a series of screen print–ready artworks, using a minimal red, black, and white palette for maximum impact across print, apparel, and large-scale displays.
From astronaut portraits and cosmic scenes to symbolic motifs like the Medusa and hummingbird, each piece was crafted to evoke transcendence and imagination—mirroring the innovative spirit of the festival’s VR programming. The visuals unified the event across magazine spreads, merchandise, stage design, and branding, creating an unforgettable and elevated festival experience.
